We’re looking forward to opening the Boathouse to visitors for the first time, and our Open Weekend will be held over the May Bank Holiday weekend, God willing. The Boathouse will be open to visitors at these times:

Saturday 3 May   9:30am – 5:30pm

Sunday 4 May   12:00noon – 5:30pm

Monday 5 May   9:30am – 5:30pm

You will be able to look round the building and see how we have restored it. There will be a large exhibition about the Bible in the main upstairs room, along with a smaller exhibition about the history of the ferry, the site, and the Christadelphians in Burton. A series of short videos featuring reasons why people believe the Bible will also be showing.

For children there will be a colouring competition, and a treasure trail round the exhibition.
